- An impressive track record spanning 25+ years in various positions in the childcare industry, including Family Day Care Coordinator, OSHC Director, Quality & Compliance Advisor, State Educational Leader, and National Quality Framework Manager.
- This allowed her to develop a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory requirements and legislation related to childcare, including the National Quality Framework, Child Safety, and Work, Health, and Safety.
- With experience working across a range of childcare organizations for profit, large non-profit, and small community-managed management structures, Michelle is definitely well-versed in the industry.
- Michelle is passionate about Quality Improvement Plans (QIP's), regulations, assessment and ratings, continuous improvement, Educators feeling supported and of course, The Broncos!
