An impressive track record spanning 25+ years holding various positions in the childcare sector, including Family day Care Coordinator, OSHC Director, Quality and Compliance Advisor, State Educational Leader and National Quality Framework Manager, has enabled Michelle to develop a comprehensive understanding of the legislation and regulatory requirements related to all childcare service types.
With experience working across a range of for profit, large non-profit and small community managed childcare services, Michelle is definitely well-versed in the sector with extensive knowledge and understanding of service operational requirements including matters relating to staffing, compliance and policy and procedure development.
Respected by colleagues for her straightforward and approachable communication, Michelle is passionate about Quality Improvement Plans (QIP’s), regulations, assessment and ratings, continuous improvement, educators being the best they can be and of course, the Brisbane Broncos!
